Can anyone suggest a good guidebook to buy for Cambodia , Thailand and Vietnam. I would like to start reading to plan a trip. For Angkor temples. Please don't follow 1's advise to purchase Ancient Angkor from kids out at the temples - they are pirated books and the author will not receive their due. It is, however, a fabulous guide to the temples and well worth purchasing ahead of time. Thank you. The LP guides had bad reviews on amazon, wanted to hear more from those who have used them.

It was better than my heavy guidebook and had every piece of information I needed to plan my itinerary or know how to get around. It covers nightlife, hotels, restaurants, shopping, tour operators, historical facts about Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other sights in and around Siem Reap. And more…. Apologies for the bad photos.
